To be eligible to apply for the T-Mobile Visa card, you must be an active T-Mobile consumer postpaid wireless customer with at least one active line on an eligible smartphone plan. You can sign up for an account at T-Mobile.com. 

You must also reside within the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, or a U.S. military location. T-Mobile For Business (including micro-TFB and sole proprietor), Government or Prepaid customers do not qualify for this card. Eligibility criteria are subject to change.

To apply for the T-Mobile Visa, you will need to provide certain personal and financial information. This may include your legal name, address, Social Security number, employment status, and income.

Yes, multiple T-Mobile Visa primary cardholders can be linked to a single T-Mobile wireless account. Additionally, any primary cardholder can add authorized users to their card account at any time through the Capital One website or the Capital One Mobile app.

Your physical T-Mobile Visa card can be activated on the Capital One Mobile app, by visiting t-mobile.capitalone.com, or by calling 1-844-470-0820.

Your physical card will arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days from the time of approval. If eligible, you may be able to instantly spend with your virtual card before your new credit card arrives in the mail.

You can use your T-Mobile Visa anywhere Visa is accepted.

The T-Life app provide an enhanced and exclusive experience for customers by offering everything in one convenient location. In the T-Life app, T-Mobile customers can access perks and cardholder exclusive and manage their T-Mobile accounts.

The T-Life app is also where cardholders can manage and redeem their T-Mobile Rewards. When you connect your T-Mobile Visa to the T-Life app, you’ll be able to tap into exclusives benefits, view recent transactions, pay your T-Mobile bill, and more.

If your T-Mobile Visa card was approved for instant usage, it will be automatically added to your T-Mobile Wallet within your T-Mobile account. Otherwise, once your new card is activated, you can manually add it to your T-Mobile Wallet via T-Mobile.com or the T-Life app.

Cardholders can manage their account and make payments using the following methods:

• On a mobile device through the Capital One Mobile app. 
• Online at CaptialOne.com. 
• On a mobile device through the T-Life app. 
• By calling the number listed on the back of your card.
• By mail, using the statement envelope provided by Capital One.

From the T-Life app you’ll be prompted to connect your account with Capital One, so you can view your account details, payment due date, and recent transactions in T-life. To ensure a smooth experience, use one of the following browsers:

You can use your T-Mobile Rewards to make a one-time payment towards your equipment installment plan.

In most cases, you can split your transaction using any amount of T-Mobile Rewards, with the remaining balance charged to your T-Mobile Visa card. This split payment option is available only when using your T-Mobile Visa.

Your rewards do not expire for the life of your T-Mobile Visa account, and you can use them anytime at T-Mobile. If your T-Mobile Visa credit card account is closed, you may lose any rewards you have not redeemed.

You can view your rewards balance on the T-Mobile Visa home screen within the T-Life app or on T-Mobile.com during your checkout when T-Mobile Visa is selected as your payment method. You can also view your rewards balance anytime by signing into your Capital One account on the Capital One Mobile app or at CapitalOne.com.

All T-Mobile Visa cardholders—including authorized users—can earn rewards. However, only the T-Mobile Visa primary cardholder can redeem them.

No, T-Mobile Rewards are not transferable.

Accumulated T-Mobile Rewards may only be redeemed to pay your T-Mobile wireless bill or for purchase of phones, devices, or accessories online at T-Mobile.com or in T-Life app, and in-store at T-Mobile retail locations and Authorized dealers via the T-Life app. Your T-Mobile Rewards balance will be decreased at the time T-Mobile Rewards are redeemed. When redeeming rewards, your T-Mobile Visa must be used to pay any portion of the transaction not covered by rewards. Rewards may not be redeemed for backorder purchase. Redemptions may not be available when using 3rd party digital wallets.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to T-Mobile’s return policy. If any of the products related to your your original order are returned, subject to T-Mobile’s return policy, then the amount of any T-Mobile Rewards decreased from your T-Mobile Rewards to pay for the purchase will be reimbursed by T-Mobile.

In order to redeem your rewards, your T-Mobile wireless service cannot be suspended, and your ability to use a credit or debit card at T-Mobile has not been revoked.

You will earn 5% back in T-Mobile Rewards² on net Qualifying Purchases (Qualifying Purchases minus any credits or returns) made at T-Mobile stores and Authorized Retailers - https://www.t-mobile.com/stores/locator and at T-Mobile.com. Qualifying Purchases include devices and accessories. Qualifying Purchases exclude payments for device equipment installment plan (EIP), wireless service, fees, and prepaid wireless service, T-Mobile for Business, and other services. You may not accrue enhanced earnings on purchases made using 3rd party digital wallets. You will earn 2% back in T-Mobile Rewards¹ on all other purchases. Cash advances and balance transfers are not considered purchases and will not earn T-Mobile Rewards. Earnings will apply to net purchases (purchases minus any credits or returns) only. There is no cap on the amount of T-Mobile Rewards you can earn on purchases, and your T-Mobile Rewards are yours for the life of the Card Account—they will not expire. But if your Card Account is closed, you may lose any T-Mobile Rewards you have not redeemed. View card disclosures

If you must return a purchase or cancel an order, or receive a refund made with your T-Mobile Rewards, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Any T-Mobile Rewards earned from that purchase or transaction will also be reversed.

Yes, you can pay your bill with a one-time payment using your T-Mobile Rewards and keep your T-Mobile AutoPay discount⁴. Please note that T-Mobile Rewards cannot be used for recurring payments. The only credit card eligible for the AutoPay discount is the T-Mobile Visa.

In most cases, your earned T-Mobile Rewards will be reflected in your account within a few days after your transaction successfully posts to your account.

If you are on one of the following plans, your account is eligible for the T-Mobile AutoPay discount⁴ (some exceptions apply). You can find your plan type by viewing your wireless statement. If your plan is not listed below, one or more of your lines may still be eligible for the AutoPay discount. To confirm if your account or if any of the lines on your account are eligible for the AutoPay discount, please contact Care by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone or by calling 1-855-666-2291.
