  2. Social Security Card.
For customers using EIN (TAXID)
  1. Valid photo ID.
  2. Most current tax documentation.
    (Ex: EIN documentation, certificate of business formation)
  3. Proof of employment or ownership of business.
    (Ex: current paycheck sub or articles of incorporation showing your name.)
  4. Proof of business credit.
    (Ex: utility bill, bank statement, or major credit card statement)
