5-Year Price Guarantee
As of April 23, 2025, customers activating a new account on an Experience plan, or existing customers switching their account to an Experience plan, will receive our 5-Year Price Guarantee (“5-Year Guarantee”). Under this 5-Year Guarantee, a customer’s monthly price for talk, text, and
T-Mobile 5G data is guaranteed for 5 years from account activation (or from plan enrollment for accounts that activated before April 23, 2025). Later adding voice lines to an already-existing Experience plan account, or later changing from one Experience plan to another does not start a new 5-year period. The 5-Year Guarantee is also available for non-smartphone lines (like tablets or watches) if they are attached to an account with an Experience voice plan, but adding these lines does not extend or restart the duration of the 5-Year Guarantee. The 5-Year Guarantee excludes taxes/fees, per-use charges, plan add-ons, third-party services (such as satellite connectivity), and network management practices.Price Lock
Other customers activating or switching to an eligible rate plan starting January 18, 2024 and ending April 22, 2025 get our Price Lock guarantee (“Last Month Price Lock”), where the regular monthly rate plan price stays the same, but if we do ever make a price change and you decide to leave, just let us know within 60 days and we’ll cover the cost of your final month’s recurring service charges. Taxes/fees, select limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services (such as satellite connectivity), discounts, and device and network management practices are excluded.
For accounts activated between April 28, 2022, and January 17, 2024, customers who signed up for qualifying mobile wireless plans received our original Price Lock Guarantee (“Original Price Lock”). Under that promotion, new accounts with qualifying service could keep their regular monthly rate plan price for unlimited talk, text, and data on our network, excluding taxes/fees, select limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services (such as satellite connectivity), discounts, and network management practices.
Qualifying mobile wireless accounts activated before April 28, 2022, received our Un-contract Promise. The Un-contract Promise is our commitment that only you can change what you pay for your monthly talk, text, and data rate plan. We will pay your final month’s recurring service charge if we raise prices, and you choose to leave. Just let us know within 60 days.

Under this Fiber 5-Year Guarantee, a customer’s monthly price for internet data is guaranteed for 5 years from account activation (or from plan enrollment for accounts that activated before April 23, 2025). Later adding or changing plans to an already-existing account does not start a new 5-year period. The 5-Year Guarantee excludes taxes/fees, limited-time promotions (such as free lines), discounts (such as AutoPay), per-use charges, plan add-ons, third-party services (such as streaming benefits), and network management practices.Eligible customers, invited to join the
T-Mobile Founders’ Club in select locations, will receive our 10-Year Price Guarantee (“Fiber 10-Year Guarantee”). The Fiber 10-Year Guarantee will offer the same benefit as the Fiber 5-Year Guarantee for a longer period.Price Lock
As of December 11, 2024 and ending April 22, 2025, customers that activated or switched to an eligible 5G Home or Small Business Internet Rely, Amplified, All-In or AWAY plan will receive a Price Lock Guarantee (“5G Internet Price Lock”) where they can keep their regular monthly rate plan price for fixed-wireless 5G internet data, excluding taxes/fees, voluntary equipment upgrades, future wireless generations, select limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services, and network management practices.
5G Internet and Fiber customers activating or switching to an eligible rate plan starting January 18, 2024 and ending December 10, 2024 (for 5G Internet) or January 20, 2025 (for Fiber) get our Price Lock guarantee (“Last Month Price Lock”), where the regular monthly rate plan price stays the same, but if we do ever make a price change and you decide to leave, just let us know within 60 days and we’ll cover the cost of your final month’s recurring service charges. Taxes/fees, select limited-time promotions (such as free lines), per-use charges, third-party services, discounts, and device and network management practices are excluded.

As of April 23, 2025, customers activating a new account on an Experience smartphone plan, or existing customers switching their account to an Experience voice plan will receive our 5-Year Price Guarantee.

Until April 22, 2025, any new customer account activating on Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™, Go5G™, Essentials™ Saver, Magenta®, MAX, Essentials™, 55+, Military, First Responder, Go5G Business, Go5G Business Next, Business Unlimited Select, Business Unlimited Advanced, Business Unlimited Ultimate, Legacy Business Unlimited, or tablet with unlimited data qualifies for Last Month Price Lock for as long as you are in good standing with one of those plans. Also until April 22, 2025, existing customers get Last Month Price Lock if they switch to Go5G™, Go5G Plus™, or Go5G Next.

If you have a price promotion, the locked-in price is the published rate plan price as of the date of activation for each line, not the original advertised price when the account was opened.
If you switch to another plan in the future, you will lose whatever price promotion is tied to your old rate plan. Contact us to find out what promotions are available with your new rate plan.

We guarantee we won’t raise the monthly rate for your talk, text, and data on our network, but other aspects of your service are subject to change, such as:
Taxes and fees and third-party charges.
Per-use charges
Equipment prices (including equipment promotions)
Some non-data features and programs (
Scam Shield Premium, Voicemail to text).
Any one-time bill credits you might receive. Add-on features, non-recurring costs, third-party services (such as satellite connectivity), or additional services such as JUMP! .
Network management practices will continue to be optimized to give all of our customers the best experience.
For Internet plans, voluntary equipment upgrades or equipment upgrades required by a future network transition to a technology other than 5G will not be included.

After May 30, 2024 customers activating a Home Internet Lite or Small Business Internet Lite plan are no longer eligible for Price Lock, but customers who signed up on these plans between January 18, 2024 and May 29, 2024 get the Price Lock benefit available during that period as long as they maintain their qualifying plan.
