  • The T-Mobile Refer-a-Friend program allows existing customers to receive a $50 Virtual Express Prepaid MasterCard card for referring friends and family to open new postpaid accounts with T-Mobile.

  • We make it easy, call us or visit us, you can even do it over the web. Whatever you prefer! If you have a matricula or international student visa, we ask that you come to a store in person.

  • Nope, if you have an unlocked phone, we can help you use it. We also have programs to help you pay off your phone, if you like.

  • T-Mobile accepts the following forms of ID—eligible Consular ID card, Matricula Consular ID, U.S. driver’s license, U.S. Passport or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), valid passport with an M, J, or F visa annotation, state ID, U.S. Military ID, or Employment Authorization Document (EAD).

  • T-Mobile has a variety of Prepaid and Postpaid product and service offerings for customers who do not currently have a Social Security number (SSN). You can visit your local T-Mobile store to discuss options with a representative and determine which offering is best for you.

  • Currently, Consular IDs are accepted from the following countries:

    • Dominican Republic
