T-Mobile responds to Hurricane Irma

T-Mobile is making it free to call and text from the United States to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Anguilla, Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, and Sint Maarteen and St. Martin. T-Mobile will also waive roaming fees on calls and texts for customers in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Anguilla, Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, and Sint Maarteen and St. Martin. The offer is good through Sept. 24.

T-Mobile is offering free calling/texting, as well as unlimited data, for Florida customers not on T-Mobile ONE (customers on T-Mobile ONE always have unlimited calling/texting/data). The Florida offer applies to T-Mobile and MetroPCS customers in the following area codes through Sept. 24: 239, 305, 321, 352, 386, 407, 561, 689, 727, 754, 772, 786, 813, 850, 863, 904, 941, 954

T-Mobile customers in Puerto Rico (area codes 787 and 939) can call or text anywhere in the US for free (T-Mobile ONE and Simple Choice customers always have unlimited calling/texting) through September 24. T-Mobile customers not on T-Mobile ONE can enjoy unlimited data (T-Mobile ONE customers always have unlimited data).

Bellevue, Washington – Sept. 5, 2017 – To help our customers connect with loved ones in the path of Hurricane Irma, T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) is offering free calls and texts, as well as unlimited data, to all T-Mobile customers in affected areas of Puerto Rico who are not on T-Mobile ONE.

T-Mobile is working closely with charitable organizations to help people affected by the storm get easy access to aid and supplies. T-Mobile also is monitoring other locations that may be affected by the storm and will adjust offerings as needed.
