Start your personal data request.

Several United States privacy laws provide residents the right to access, delete, and correct personal information that businesses have collected about them.

At T-Mobile, we offer these same choices to everyone in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Submitting a request to access or delete data takes time—on your part and ours. Once your request is complete, you’ll hear back from us within 45 days.
