T-Mobile State Hwy 6 & Arrington Rd

Can't rightly remember the associate's name that assisted me he was a tall Caucasian gentleman with a short black beard, his fiance and future mother-in-law came in and sat at the same table as myself while he basically assisted us both but he works at the college station store across from the Best buy. He was extremely professional, didn't waste time, and was a blast to get to know while my data was transferring to my new phone. I wish I could remember his name because I would like to recommend him for a promotion. I was in E6, first class petty officer when I got out of the Navy so I'm no stranger to a leadership role and the roles of leaders that are ranked higher than myself and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is every bit qualified for a leadership role equivalent to a chief E7, or Senior Chief E8. I'm honestly surprised that he is not running his own store. While he helped me we had a very pleasant conversation about our similar interests like hunting, fishing, guns, in the outdoors. Being I'm born and raised in the country on my family's cattle ranch, I was not expecting to meet someone that shares similar interests with me in the big city of college station and that is in no way a deciding factor on my previous statement about his qualifications in professionalism. I leave personal interests completely out when making an honest assessment of someone's skill levels / craftsmanship. I'm just merely pointing out that it was a refreshing surprise and it made my weight extremely enjoyable. It also points out that he is obviously more than willing to go above and beyond what is necessary or asked of him while performing his craft. If there's any way you could possibly get me his name I would be extremely grateful because I would very much like to sing his praises to his corporate bosses so that they understand the talent, dedication, and professionalism that I believe they are not utilizing to their full benefit. As far as T-Mobile as a company, I would sincerely like to thank y'all for everything you have done for myself and my family since we switched to T-Mobile from AT&T. Not only are we saving way more money than we were spending on our phones/data every month but I would also like to thank you for their virtually almost never being a reason for us to call customer service, and the few times we have had to are issues were resolved within minutes as opposed to the hours if not days we have had to wait in the past doing business with AT&T. Y'all have made the experience of doing business with a service provider far more enjoyable and reassuring than it ever has. What truly makes me appreciate y'all is how you helped my mother and father. I don't think you truly understand just how much that means to me because they are the most precious individuals I have in my life and I take anything that is done to them personally and with the utmost seriousness so the fact that y'all have went above and beyond to not only help them save a lot of money but also make their experience of doing business with y'all virtually stress and worry free so for that I am eternally grateful. With that I'll end my deposition by simply saying that I am truly looking forward to doing business with T-Mobile for the foreseeable future and I truly think y'all from the bottom of my heart.
