Add a line with a new device
- Log in to T-Mobile.com or T-Life.
- In T-Life, select SHOP, and then Add a line.
- On T-Mobile.com select Add a person or device to my account.
- Select your device.
- Select the device color, memory variant, and pricing option, then select Add to a new line.
- Make or review plan selections and select Add a new line.
- Select Yes, I want to trade in a device if you would like to trade in a device. Otherwise, select No thanks, skip trade-in.
- Enter the trade-in device information, to find it, dial *#06# to get your device IMEI, or find it in your device's 'About' settings, then select Continue.
- Provide information on the condition of your trade-in, then select Continue.
- Select Trade in this phone.
- Choose Continue or No, I’ll take my chances to opt out of insurance.
- Confirm your order details and pricing, then select Continue to shipping.
- Select your shipping method and review the address section. Edit the address if necessary, then select Continue to payment. A signature requirement is added to high-value orders to help protect against theft, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
- Enter your payment details and select the Customer Agreement to confirm consent to the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions, then select Accept & Continue.
- Sign your EIP Equipment Installment Plan agreement if you are financing your device with T-Mobile.
- Select Submit order.
Add a line with your own device
- Log in to T-Mobile.com or T-Life.
- In T-Life, select SHOP and then Add a line.
- On T-Mobile.com select Add a person or device to my account in the “I want to…" section.
- Select your device type.
- Select the option to bring your own device.
- Review plan selections and select Add a new line.
- Confirm your order details and pricing, then select Continue to shipping.
- Select your shipping method and review the address section. Update the address if necessary, then select Continue to payment.
- Enter your payment details and select the Customer Agreement to confirm consent to the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions, then select Accept & Continue.
- Select Submit order.
