Providing Safe Device Access
We will provide account assistance so you can continue to use your device and stay connected. If you are a survivor of domestic violence, please contact T-Mobile Customer Service at 1-877-746-0909 (or dial 611 from a T-Mobile phone) or visit a T-Mobile retail location for assistance. TTY service is also available for hearing and sight impairment by calling 1-877-296-1018.
If you are not located in New York State, additional documentation will be required to process your request. Please provide any one of the documents listed below after you contact T-Mobile:
- Signed affidavit from a licensed medical or mental healthcare provider; victim services provider OR employee of the court acting within the scope of employment
- Police report or Police statements provided to Magistrate/judges
- Charging documents
- Court Order
- Protective or restraining orders
- Any other official record that documents the domestic violence

National Domestic Violence Hotline
Provides a 24/7 hotline with services including crisis intervention, safety planning, connection to local resources and referrals to agencies that provide legal, economic and other related services. Assistance is available in English and Spanish with access to more than 170 languages through telephone interpreter services. Local Domestic Abuse Shelters
Domestic violence shelters are located nationwide to provide victims a place to escape their abuser. Find a local domestic violence shelter near you if you need shelter or any other assistance such as support groups, crisis counseling, or safety planning assistance.
