Review and manage orders in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

 

View order history

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Shop to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Select Order History and select an action (view order details, export previously placed orders, or order again).

 

View order status

  1. Log in to Account Hub to go to Shop and select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Order History tab, select View order details on the desired order number.
    • You can print the order details or simply view the order information displayed.
    • You can see the order number and status bar indicating if the order has been authorized, shipped, or is pending.
    • If the order has shipped, the tracking number can be selected to view the order shipping status.
    • To protect against theft, shipments of high value items may require a signature upon delivery. Review Signature delivery details for more information.

 

View an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) agreement

  1. Log in to Account Hub to go to Shop and select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Order History tab, select View order details on the desired order number.
  3. Select Download agreement under Payment Method.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
