Confirm your military status through the Account Hub within 45-days of starting your service if you have a T-Mobile Military plan. This will help you get the benefits and discounts that are offered on up to 12 lines of the plan.

 

Verify Military status

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Account to select the desired account.
  2. Select the Account action menu, then select Verify Military Status.
  3. Enter required info into the form for the military person on the account or the registered family member if selecting Gold Star.
  4. Select Submit Information.

You will get a text or an email confirmation within 48 hours whether your credentials are verified or not.

You will need to provide proof of service if your credentials are not verified, and upon completion you will get an email within 24 hours.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
