To qualify for the trade-in value and promotional enrollment, trade in your old T-Mobile Business device within 45 days of the shipping date of your new device. For Consumer accounts device trade-in refer to Return your trade-in device | T-Mobile Support.

T-Mobile for business device trade-in

  • T-Mobile Business customers will receive shipping materials and a shipping label.
  • Return your trade-in device using the provided materials.
  • The trade-in credit will appear on your wireless bill.

Trade-in guidelines

  • You have 45 days to return your trade-in device. If not received within 45 days:
    • You will not receive the one-time bill credit.
    • The device promotion will be unenrolled.
    • Any promotional credits already issued may be reversed.
  • It may take up to two billing cycles for the trade-in value to be applied.
  • You'll receive status updates via text messages and emails. T-Mobile Business customers can view their trade-in status on Account Hub.
  • The estimated value may change once the device is assessed. We'll notify you if the value or promotional credit changes.
  • Log into Account Hub to accept new device value offers or request the return of the device.
  • Your trade-in device may not qualify if:
    • It is reported as lost or stolen.
    • The anti-theft feature “Find My iPhone” is turned ON. Turn it OFF before shipping.
    • There is damage to the device.

Order status and trade-in label

  • You’ll need your order number, billing ZIP Code, and last name to check status.
  • Log into Account Hub to review your trade-in accepted value and return shipping label instructions.
  • Keep the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, tracking number, and trade-in details for your records.
