View Connection Manager version

Windows

  1. At the main Connection Manager screen, select Help.
  2. Select About Connection Manager to view the software version (software version appears under Version).

Mac OS X

  1. With the Connection Manager open, select Connection Manager.
  2. Select About Connection Manager (version appears under Version). 

 

Update Connection Manager

Windows

  1.  Open the Connection Manager
  2. Select the Broadband tab, then select Tools > Settings.
  3. Select the Updates tab, then select Update Now.

Mac OS X

  1. Open Connection Manager
  2. Select the Broadband tab, then select Preferences > Settings.
  3. Select the Updates tab, then select Update Now

 

Connection Manager upgrade website

  1. Go to: http://www.t-mobile.com/webconnectupgrade/.
  2. Find the Rocket 4G USB Laptop Stick and select get software.
  3. Enter the mobile number and select Go.
  4. Select the connection manager link.
  5. Select Download.
  6. When prompted, save the file to the Desktop.
  7. Open the desktop file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete.
