Hulu ON US for Internet

Hulu (With Ads) is a streaming service included with the All-In Home Internet plan.

Adding Hulu (With Ads)

Before getting started, make sure that:

  • You have a T-Mobile ID​.
  • You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH).
  • If you are billed directly by Hulu, cancel your current subscription first.
  • If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third party or directly by Hulu, you’ll need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem this offer.
  • As soon as your Hulu subscription becomes inactive, return to your account in T-Life to get Hulu ON US for Internet.
  • Using the T-Life app is the easiest way to redeem your Hulu ON US benefit.

    1. Access the T-Life app on your device.
    2. Select Manage > See plans.
    3. Choose Manage add-ons. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top.
    4. In the Services section, select Hulu (with ads) ON US for Internet, then choose Continue.
    5. Review the order page and select Agree & Submit.
    6. Select Third-Party service terms then Start Activation.
    7. Complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
    8. Start streaming.

     

  • When you add the All-In Home Internet plan to your account, a Hulu activation text/email message is sent immediately to the PAH from T-Mobile so you can activate your service. An SMS is sent if you have a T-Mobile cell phone and internet line. An Email notification is sent if you only have T-Mobile internet.

    1. Select the link in the SMS/email to sign-in to your T-Mobile account and complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
    2. Start streaming.
    1. Log in to T-Mobile.com using your T-Mobile ID.
    2. Select View Account > Shared Add-ons > Manage add-ons. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top.
    3. In the Services section, select Hulu (with ads) ON US for Internet, then select Continue.
    4. Review the order page and select Agree & Submit.
    5.  Select Third-Party service terms then Start Activation.
    6. Complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
    7. Start streaming.

Hulu subscription & billing

  • Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
  • T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Hulu membership each month.
  • If you remove the All-In Home Internet plan or the Hulu ON US for Internet benefit from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment.
  • If you decide to switch your Hulu subscription, your Hulu subscription will no longer be complimentary as part of your qualifying plan, and you’ll be responsible for subscription fees resulting from any Hulu plan switching. If you would like to switch your Hulu subscription you will need to cancel your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription through T-Mobile by calling customer care, then subscribe directly with Hulu.
  • If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription, go to the T-Mobile login page.
  • To manage your Hulu subscription, go to Manage add-ons

  • Contact T-Mobile​ if you need help with:

    • Adding or removing Hulu
    • Basic troubleshooting
    • Getting a new Hulu activation text or email message
    • T-Mobile plan, billing, & account management
    • Basic network or hardware troubleshooting
    • If you cancel your T-Mobile account: You will immediately lose your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Hulu method of payment, and you will need to subscribe to Hulu directly to start a new subscription.
    • If you cancel your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription benefit through T-Mobile: The cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle.
    1. Log in to T-Life or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Hulu ON US for Internet from your account.
    2. Select Manage > See plans.
    3. Choose Manage add-ons.
    4. In the Services section, deselect the Hulu (With Ads) ON US for Internet feature and choose Continue.
    5. On the review your order page, select Agree & submit.
