Yes, you can cancel your Apple TV+ subscription anytime. T-Mobile customers can cancel their subscription through the T-Life app or online at my.t-mobile.com by removing the Apple TV+ feature. If you subscribed to Apple TV+ prior to receiving this promotion through T-Mobile, check your profile settings to see if you need to cancel with Apple as well. T-Mobile for Business customers can cancel their subscription through Apple.

New and existing T-Mobile for Business w/ SSN customers billed through either T-Mobile or Sprint are eligible for Apple TV+ On Us via promotion code for personal, non-commercial use. T-Mobile for Business customers who opened their account with a Tax ID are not eligible.

• Go5G Business Plus, Experience More w/ Military Savings, Experience More w/ First Responder Savings, Business Unlimited Ultimate , Go5G Puerto Rico Business Plus, Experience More DHH, Business Unlimited Ultimate, Business Unlimited Ultimate, and equivalent voice plans get a promotion code for Apple TV+ On Us for 12 months. Before your 12-month code expires, if you are still on an eligible rate plan, you will be provided another code or given the option to continue the promotion on your T-Mobile bill. If you do not redeem the offer extension or cancel, your subscription automatically renews at $9.99/mo. or then-current price when your 12-month promotion ends. Cancel anytime.

You may have one active Apple TV+ subscription per account. One Apple TV+ subscription can be shared with up to 5 family members (up to 6 people total).

Sprint customers are eligible for Apple TV+ On Us via promotion code.

• Sprint MAX gets a promotion code for Apple TV+ On Us for 12 months. Once your account has transferred to the T-Mobile billing system, your plan will be eligible to have the Apple TV+ On Us feature included at no extra cost. If your account has not transferred before your 12-month code expires and you are still on an eligible rate plan, you will be provided another code. You may need to take an action to continue the benefit. If you do not redeem the offer extension or cancel your subscription automatically renews at $9.99/mo. when your 12-month promotion ends.
• Sprint ONE, Unlimited for All, Unlimited Freedom and equivalent voice plans get a promotion code for Apple TV+ On Us for 6 months. After 6 months, pay $9.99 per month. Cancel anytime.

• You cannot combine the Apple TV+ On Us for 6 Months promotional trial with the previous One Year of Apple TV+ On Us promotional trial; each account may only redeem one Apple TV+ trial from T-Mobile.
• You can receive the Apple TV+ On Us included benefit with Magenta MAX, even if your account has already received a promotional trial from T-Mobile.

No. Because your Apple ID stays the same, all settings and history continue and are not impacted by taking advantage of this offer.

Apple TV+ is always commercial-free. All shows are available on demand once released. Some shows release all episodes at once. Other shows typically add new episodes on Fridays.

Yes! Customers on Experience More, Experience Beyond, and equivalent voice rate plans get Apple TV+ On Us included as a plan benefit. For customers on Go5G plans and equivalent voice rate plans, as long as you have not received a promotional trial of Apple TV+ from T-Mobile, you can take advantage of Apple TV+ On Us for 6 months.

T-Mobile postpaid wireless consumers click here to log into your T-Mobile account and add your offer. Once you add your Apple TV+ On Us feature, you will be prompted to activate your subscription with Apple. If someone other than the Primary Account Holder attempts to redeem with Apple, Apple will send the Primary Account Holder a One-Time PIN for verification. If there is no Primary Account Holder designated on the account, the oldest phone number will become the designated phone number.

Yes, you can sign up and view Apple TV+ using the Apple TV app from the Google Play Store or using a computer via tv.apple.com.
