Monthly payments
T-Mobile has just increased monthly bills by $5 per line. While I understand this is their first increase in some time, the impact on customers with multiple lines is substantial. For me, with seven phone lines, my monthly bill will increase by $35. This is simply unfair. T-Mobile should reconsider this pricing structure, especially for customers with numerous lines.Borana13 minutes agoVisitor130Views2likes7CommentsLie Lie Lie
33 years 26 with Sprint 7 with T-Mobile. How dare you treat seniors with such disregard. Notified me today of a $5.00 per line increase, April 1st—NO warning, BREAKS PROMISE. Don't they realize many seniors are on fixed income. T-Mobile did NOT keep its word regarding my plan. I T-Mobile's 55+ Plan IN 2018 which GUARANTEED that the rate would NEVER increase while I had this plan. T-Mobile broke the agreement by raising my monthly fee by $15. Total BS. Time to change and you lost a customer of 33 years over your $5 per line increase. 33 years UNCARRIER NO LONGER CHANGE TO LYING CARRIER. Boy we could sure use John back he was a man of his word.DO2323 minutes agoVisitor13Views0likes1Commentripping us off
way to go hiking prices after being told when you bought out sprint nothing would change. Way to stick it to us. Already can't afford life but let's everyone over and increase their bill $5 a line , What the hell this world is really sad and full of corporate greed and we just keep getting bent over and it's not even for a good time!!!!roxiefoxie4823 minutes agoVisitor4Views0likes0CommentsPrice Lock
On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to my price lock GUARANTEE? You can charge more to new customers, but do not change the terms of our contract!! Eventually we will age out….Solvedrabarry57 minutes agoNewbie Caller26KViews50likes326CommentsT-Mobile breaking promises to seniors who were offered price-lock guarantee for life on 55+ rate plans
In 2017, I signed up for a 55+ rate plan with the assurance that my monthly rate was price-locked for life. This incentive was a primary reason that I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. Now, T-Mobile is trying to raise my monthly rate by $10.00. When I spoke to their customer service people this morning they told me that there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem. I also noted that they changed all of the marketing information on their web site to delete all references to the price-lock guarantee which I was offered when I set up the account. We need to find a way to complain loudly to T-Mobile about this breach of contract and breach of trust. If we do nothing, they will raise our rates again in the future. Let’s fight back. Thanks for listening.WFREYVOGEL2 hours agoRoaming Rookie28KViews104likes152CommentsFight Rate Increases ACROSS THE BOARD
They are doing this across the board; and, unfairly, I might add. After I called them out, they took DOWN their page on Price Locks: https://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/price-lock-faqs It was up before 3:30pm EST today 3/13/2025. They are about to rewrite the page, WATCH! Those of you looking for the page, here it is from 2/12/2025: https://web.archive.org/web/20250114233014/https://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/price-lock-faqs I opted out of Arbitration; and, they'll be hearing from the FCC and my attorney. We all had this problem a year ago; and, there was already a Class Action along with an FCC complaint they toddler'd away with like a little girl in a dress by citing Terms: https://www.t-mobile.com/community/discussions/bill-charges/price-lock/119804 TOUGH CRAP FOR THEM THE LETTER TO FCC IS EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS THE TERMS YOU CAN USE TO STOP THEM FROM RAISING YOU RATES, IF YOU ARE IN CERTAIN DATES: https://cdn.arstechnica.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/T-Mobile-response.pdf To get your Terms and Conditions by date to fight this: https://www.t-mobile.com/responsibility/legal/terms-and-conditions-aug-2018 Here is the FCC Complaint Link: LFG! https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us Here is the detail so they CANNOT HIDE when they try to change your plan. THANK ME LATER, I am happy to deal them any damage for the $60 a year they are costing me.youareceo2 hours agoVisitor7Views0likes0CommentsNre rate increases for 55+
