I live in Boalsburg, Pa but my signal comes from Philadelphia, Pa. It has been this way since signup. I have complained to tech support, customer service and in person at T-Mobile stores. I can not get local content or WPSU. Ads from Philly businesses and politicians, etc. is very annoying. My kid's sync up watch was showing up on the app until the afternoon. After that, it no longer shows up. If we call from the watch I get the notification of the call within the app, and I also get the notifications that the watch has low battery but there is not location showing up on the screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I've logged out and logged in to my account several times while connected on wifi and without it. I deleted the app and logged in again, and nothing helps. I updated the app last week (3/4/25) and after that it my kids sync up watches were removed from my t life profile. I’ve called T-Mobile 4 times and have not gotten an answer. I can call and text but cannot track, put it in school mode or anything. My husband was able to see the kids watches on his app and today he is no longer able to see them. It’s crazy how much money T-Mobile makes but they have a crappy app and “engineers” who don’t seem to be able to fix the problem. When we 1st got the watches (11/24) my husband had an issue with the app and not being able to see the kids watches. I traded in my iPhone 11 and XR and sent them to t-mobile one month ago but never received the credit for the iPhone 11. I have called the customer services several times and these representatives promised me the issue would be resolved in a few days but it never did. They just give people empty promises so that you can get off the phone. I signed up for a T-Mobile Tuesday Promotion back in November 2023. This was for a Fire TV is I joined T-Mobile 5g Internet Service. And Maintained for 2 Months. Well I did just that but I never received the codes for this promotion to submit for Amazon to send the TV. (This is part of the process) I have contacted customer support several times, phone, chat etc. Everyone I speak to agrees that I qualified. I get the repeated promises that they have contacted the proper department to moves this along. But no one has contacted me back, everytime I call its the same promises etc. I have gone to stores, but I get a snicker at the stores that it has to be handled via support. I have had Home Internet for over a year with fairly good result until 2 weeks ago. Internet signal power seems to drop to nothing from 3:00AM to 6:00AM daily. T-Mobile tech line has no clue how to even look at this issue. Tired of the same old line that they have no way of checking local tower at that time. Is there any real technical help out there that can talk to me and actually trouble shoot a real problem? If so, I haven't found that person.
