Guardian can’t video video chat!
Got my son a SyncUp watch yesterday and set it up as the admin. At first, I couldn’t see the camera option, but it showed up after a few minutes. Today, my husband (the guardian) set it up on his T-Life app. After some struggle, he finally got location tracking, texting, and calling to work… but no video chat. It’s so frustrating that there’s no way to manually update or troubleshoot this in the app. We updated our phones, restarted everything—still nothing! Has anyone dealt with this before? How did you fix it?Brihuso4 hours agoVisitor18Views0likes0CommentsFrustrated with receiving calls/messages for someone else
About a month ago, I started receiving phone calls and messages from different unknown numbers. The phone calls have been crazy, almost everyday. I have never answered or responded to these calls or text messages. Based on the recorded voice messages and text messages, they were calling for a guy and a woman that I never heard of. I googled my number and found that it is associated with this guy/woman (though it still shows me as current owner). This association information seems to be reported by "Omnipoint Communications Cap Operations, LLC" in 2020, which doesn't seem to be a reputable company according to Google review. I've owned the phone number for twelve years. All the sudden it's associated with an unknown couples in their 60s/70s. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?UltraTraveler7 hours agoVisitor41Views0likes1CommentHome Internet and IRS free file fillable forms
I'm not able to sign in to the IRS free file fillable forms site to file my taxes when I'm connecting through my T-Mobile internet. I can connect through my work internet connection or by using a hotspot at home, but the same laptop over T-Mobile internet does not connect. Anyone else notice this problem?jonwp8 hours agoNetwork Novice56Views0likes1CommentGeneration 2 just as bad as generation 1 terrible!
I'm not sure if anyone at T-Mobile has ever tried to use one of their new tracker tools but they're useless first there's not a case anywhere in the world that will hold it no magnetic case no waterproof case so there's no way to attach this device to anything second after 7 attempts with operators at T-Mobile no one could activate it they actually ended up canceling it and refunding my money for it because they could not get it hooked up or get it to function the battery life lasted a day and a half for us are old devices used to last two and a half 3 weeks we were hoping to improve on that these lasted less than 2 days it's seriously a very very poor quality bad product T-Mobile should be ashamed and stop selling themLawnman539 hours agoRoaming Rookie12Views0likes0CommentsPayment Arrangements and Reconnect Fee's
I have noticed that T-Mobile has started suspending lines very quickly. They use to contact you and send you text messages, but that seems to go out the window now. You wake up the next morning and your phone doesn't work. Of course, they always claim that it's because the bill is 30 days past due. The other thing I have noticed is you can establish payment plans, but they don't stretch out to the day's you get paid, so you end up missing the payment and accruing more fee's which makes your bill more expensive. Especially since their customer service has gotten worse lately where they don't give out credits for that anymore, at least for me. I'm tired of trying to catch the bill up and it just gets higher and higher because I can't make a payment arrangement that makes sense and sets me up for failure and more fee's, I think I'm going to have to research other carriers and start looking in to switching to them. I thought after being with T-Mo after 10 years that it would count for something, but I guess not. ☹️ Anyone else have an opinion on this?SinCityJoe310 hours agoVisitor17Views0likes0CommentsHow to Fix the 5Guc issue
HI Guys, I had a problem for 48 hours and decided to give T-Mobile a call regarding the issues. A tech spoke to me and told me this: Turn off the following: roaming, WiFi, Bluetooth, and only keep cellular data on. Anything that needs a specific connection, turn it off. She conducted a network reset on her end. She told me to turn the phone back on. Send out a text email to determine if there were any issues. That’s all it took. Changing the cellular data from 5G auto to 5G on doesn’t make a difference, a network reset doesn’t make a difference, they must set it from their end and you must disconnect all connections that interfere with the signal after the reset. it can be added on later; however, this was ultimately the problem. I have an iPhone 16 pro max and the issues with the phone, totally different problem. LOL. Hope this helps!Molee040210 hours agoVisitor38Views0likes0CommentsSwitching From Google Voice to T-Mobile
HI all, How can I transfer my business phone number from Google voice to business T-Mobile? I wanted to save money by using Google voice as my main business line but I realized due to the poor call quality I was loosing customers and it cost me a lot of money. Thanks Andreaandrea_robert13 hours agoNetwork Novice1.7KViews0likes2CommentsWhy doesn't my data work?
It won't let me actually use my data. I've got it paid two months ahead and it still won't work. This had been happening for two months or so. Whenever I try to use it always says I don't have Internet when I use apps. I can have calls and text when I have no Internet but whenever I try to use an app or search something it just won't load.Lizard016 hours agoVisitor20Views0likes1CommentT-Mobile Connect account shows "Limited Access" in the T-Life app
I've already spoken to customer service about this issue and basically had no response, other than "wait a while". I'm both a T-Mobile postpaid customer (with one phone line) and a prepaid customer (with a separate phone line), and I also have T-Mobile Home Internet as well. Both accounts use different email addresses, as required. For my postpaid account the T-Life app works fine. However for my prepaid account the T-Life app shows "Limited Access" when you click on the Manage button. Customer service said "wait a week". It's been over two weeks and no change. Anyone else have this experience, or any suggestions on what to do? I was told that for T-Mobile Connect customers that spam call screening is only available via the T-Life app, not the Spam Shield app. So basically if the T-Life app isn't working properly you're out a lot of services on your smartphone.cjrgc17 hours agoNetwork Novice62Views0likes3CommentsMy wife's dead father
My wife's father recently passed away. She saved "1" voicemail from him. Mind you he only added away in February of 2025. She listened to this voicemail religiously. Today she went to listen to the voicemail and it's gone... Poof! After hours on the phone with the "higher ups" at T-Mobile I was informed that after 14 days your saved voicemails are automatically deleted. My wife and I are not young and techy so apparently we missed the memo. With all the money we pay I would expect to be able to save one voicemail. Especially from my wife's dead father. Thanks. Just had to vent.garimcc1023 hours agoNetwork Novice47Views0likes2Comments
