Hospital Can't Call!!!
Is anyone else experiencing this!? We just switched to T mobile. I have been frantic waiting to hear back from my medical provider only find out today from their office that they have been calling…lots. She guessed that we are on T Mobile and said that T Mobile has been blocking their calls and not allowing them to get ahold of patients! This is for a life-threatening issue for us and we have been waiting for the busy scheduler to get us in! If we miss our window for surgery and suffer ill-effects I think I need to look into suing! I don’t want to even think about that, but we still have no way for them to get ahold of us. I opened up a new line with Verizon and gave them the number out of desperation! An additional insult to injury is that we were expecting to hear from a potential employer for a highly sought-after, time-sensitive position. We need this job, and assured that we would be contacted regardless. You guessed it, this is at a healthcare facility. So, aside from missing critical health-care calls we have potentially lost out on employment! Does anyone know what I can do? Customer service representative lied
Dear T-Mobile Customer Service, I am writing to you regarding a miscommunication with one of the T-Mobile representatives I spoke with. This past May, I intended to purchase an iPhone 14 Plus, but the representative I spoke to told me to buy the iPhone 14 Pro instead because the former was out of stock. He also told me that the monthly bill for both phones would be $14 and $15, however contrary to what this agent told me, the bill I have received has come out to $34 for each phone, making it a total of $68 monthly. When I explained the situation to one of the supervisors whose name is Sharika, she rudely dismissed my complaint and did nothing to remedy this issue. I have felt extremely disrespected and beguiled by this experience because as it stands, T-Mobile reneged on the initial deal and my bill has now come out to be much higher than I was initially told. I am thereby contacting you to seek a solution for this blatant miscommunication and am requesting that you adjust my monthly bill for the two iPhone 14 Pros to match the terms that were agreed to, namely $14 for one and $15 for the other, which comes out to be $29. I also request that you review the supervisor's conduct above recorded in the log for this call as I felt inappropriately dismissed. I hope you can resolve this issue for me as a longtime customer for 7 years who has received numerous offers to switch to Verizon, but has not because of T-Mobile’s past, and hopefully continuing, stellar customer service. Hi new customer here. Called customer support and they were not helpful at all. Have a TMO_G4SE gateway running FW 1.03.20 and I can connect to the internet but on my company PC (have to connect through VPN) all internet pages basically don't work giving either an err_ssl_protocol_error or err_connection_timeout problem. When I go back to my old internet (still active) I have no issues connecting to anything so I don't think its a problem on my computer or VPN side. I tried to flush my DNS and still no dice. Does anyone have any advice or work arounds to fix this? Basically will be unusable if I can't use this for my remote work. I have a TL-1005P POE switch attached to my t-mobile 5 G network. The switch is powered. I have the cable attached to the top ethernet port on the Gateway and port 5 - no poe - on the TL-1005p. One CAT6 cable attached to port 1 that goes to outdoor range extender. I also have a cable going from the second ethernet port to a google nest router. This setup brings up an error message on the Gateway. Device connection issue. Press power button to turn off device for 10 seconds. if the issues persist contact customer support. Error code LAN003. Affter power button reset the error message LAN003 returns. If I remove the ethernet cable connecting to the POE switch the error message goes away. For the record, I hate smart phones. They are useful for two purposes - taking pictures - I'm an engineer very useful, etc and - wait for it - taking 95% spam calls and a few real calls. Yeah, I wonder why I have the dang thing. So years ago, we signed up with Sprint, the wife wanted new phones, they had a great deal, etc. Best monthly rate was for the business plan. The Sprint to t-mobile transition was been an epic disaster. i'm locked in some sort of limbo, I pay the bill, but my wife owns the account, no one can fix it. Anyway... My iPhone 11XR (old I know) is insane. It loses contacts, is dysfunctional, etc. I walk into the store to discuss a new phone. Clerk: "We'll give you a $100 trade in on your XR, and your new iPhone 16 <anything> will be around 1k." Me: "f**** that." As I'm walking out the door, there is a big sign that says come to t-mobile. We did a trade in to get a new phone. Iphone 12 pro max. Perfect condition for the new iPhone 16.Then t mobile received the phone and they said it's damaged. They send us pictures of the damaged phone. It looks like someone drove over the phone with a car. And of course now we won't get the credit towards the new Iphone. Now we have to file a claim with ups and we all know how that goes. So dissaponted with mobile. We've been a customer for over 20 years. So I have been trying to figure this one out, i have call in multiple times to where eventually I gave up. I think that the voicemail to text feature is getting mixed up with the voicemails being transcribed in the actual vvm app. I paid for the feature and was still not getting the messages transcribed in the app but would receive the sms text with the transcription in my messages. Before when it was working correctly i had no vm to text subscription or feature on my account and my voicemails would show the option to play back in the vvm app as well asthe transcription of the message right below the play icon. I believe the problem lies in the app software because oddly enough i was able to clear app cache and data then uninstalled reinstalled the app and when the app loaded back up and i set it up againi tested it immediately and the vm Didshow with the transcription in the vvm app but sadly reverted right back on the very next vm that i received only allowing the play back to listen to message with no transcription showing inside my vvm app. for example in the images i pulled up on google shows the messages transcribed there inside the app. This is what I’m wanting my vvm app to display giving me the option to view, play, delete, save, ect.all in one app, not have to check the transcription inside my text messages app then open vvm up to delete the message or call into the vm to delete from there.
