Tmobile problems on my return of phone
I have been with Nextel since 1997, then it changed to Dprint and now Tmobile. So 23 years they have had my business account. I sent one of my business phones that was in warranty by UPS to Tmobile at 13704 Independence parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76177 and received confirmation from UPS that it had been delivered on January 9th. T-MOBILE 3 days later charges me $1256.50 saying they did receive it. Them after numerous phone calls to customer service the story changed. They said they could have gotten it but the scan part wasn't readable and they needed more time. 7 days later I called again. They kept assuring me that the problem would be resolved. I was transferred to supervisors and more supervisors and today was the last straw. They basically called me a liar and said I have till the 13th of February to pay my bill or they will suspend all my lines. I can't believe this is happening. I don't how to get a hold of someone in corporate to help me. These customer service workers are useless. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.Carolel15 minutes agoNewbie Caller4.7KViews0likes11Comments- khkhkhk30 minutes agoNetwork Novice8Views0likes0Comments

Porting In a Number From Another Carrier
Is it possible to port in a number from another carrier online after your account has been in use for a while or do I have to call 611? I can't find any option to "port in" a number under my Account Management settings, only "port out".Stacy_Etc6 hours agoVisitor20Views0likes0Comments2 Devices won’t stay connected
I have two devices that continuously connect and disconnect. All of the other devices stay connected. I have VR headset and an android tv box for YouTube tv that won’t stay connected. They connect and then kick off and on within seconds. Anyone know a fix?Staples21216 hours agoNewbie Caller125Views1like1CommentChanging services in the middle of the billing cycle
I am so frustrated right now and a very hard lesson learned. My boyfriend wanted me to go in the store to see about getting a better rate on my phone plan. I was super happy when I left the store and honestly thought I did get a better deal. It has been a nightmare ever since. First of all, anytime you change any service in the middle of a billing cycle, they are going to do everything to make them more money. Example, 3 months later, I canceled one of my phone lines. Because it was not at the end of the billing cycle, they charged me for the remainder of the billing cycle even though the phone was not being used. Then another time (about a month later) I called in wanting to add home internet. That too was the middle of the billing cycle. Guess what, I just received my new bill and it was added on the remainder of the month for the internet and also the full next month to my bill. To my surprise, my bill is outrageous. I wish I never would have stepped foot in there and changed anything!!!! Oh and being that my bills have been so much higher that expected, I got behind (for maybe 6 hours) and 3 lines were interrupted so they charged me an extra $20/line adding another $60. Yeah, never again will I try to go get better rates because it has been a mess and wish I would have stayed with what I had from the beginning.sbunch717 hours agoNewbie Caller687Views1like2CommentsBait and Switch Fees
I thought i-mobile would be a better company to deal with than Verizon but now I see you are just sneakier. They have high fees but at least I knew what they were. I called t-mobile to setup a new account with two phone lines and one tablet. I was told that i would be sent new SIM cards and after receiving them I was to call in and port my numbers. I did this and now I have an extra $77.50 fee on my account for a partial month of service for my tablet. The monthly tablet fee was supposed to be $20 but because I changed my account in the middle of the billing cycle I am getting this charge. What a complete load of @#$%!Solvedskattch7 hours agoRoaming Rookie2.2KViews3likes13Comments- Anonymous8 hours ago17Views0likes0Comments
