Cellular issue detected

I purchased IPHONE 15 Pro Max from T-mobile and i have now message says ”cellular issue detected” I called Apple they informed me that the problem from SIM carrier. I called T-mobile and they can not solve the problem until now.

as I got frustrated from T-Mobile support 

any ideas?
