News reports are that Samsung is shipping S25s early with some already on the way. Does this mean TMobile preorders will also be shipped before the currently advertised date of 7 February?

    More than likely!  I received my s23 Ultra from T-Mobile 11 days before launch.  There are a lot of factors though to consider, like how soon you pre-ordered after pre-orders went live, the color and storage choice, etc.
