Can’t login/ no access to old number on file
I had T-mobile wireless service and after I opened a T-mobile MONEY account. After a year I was unable to keep up with my cell bill and after a few months the account was closed and my phone number was recycled to someone else. Half a year later I’m trying to login into my T-mobile MONEY account because I realized the account is still open (I thought it closed with me cell service). I’m able to login passed the username and password but im always prompted to enter a code sent to my old T-mobile cell number. With no access to that number whatsoever, I’m wondering what I can do from here. There’s no alternative options presented and seems to be very little posted regarding topics like this. Can anyone point me in any direction that could possibly help me gain access to the account. Thanks for reading!T-Mobile Money Exclusive Club Or Something
I've been trying to join T-mobile Money and cannot. Only the people that have already joined get to have a T-mobile Money account. I called them multiple times and all I keep getting told by the representatives is that there are no new sign ups and that there is no word on when T-mobile will start allowing new sign ups again. That's crap. T-mobile should give me that extra $5 off my monthly bill anyways since they will not allow me to sign up for that debit card to get that promotion for paying with a T-mobile Money debit card.

I didn't let T in normal for over 15 years. I have 5 lines I tried to upgrade one of them. They promised me a new phone techniques. And I ended up going to apple and just paying for a phone. Then they said oh, we're sorry. We'll upgrade your phone. And it was supposed to be free coming to find out. I paid over a $1000 short. Now when they found out, I was going to switch to Verizon. They kept saying they're gonna call me back. I never got a call back before. I switch. I gave them a more shot and called. Got disconnected 6 times and I have still not received a call back. Think it's time for me to leave. Look at the benefits you're actually getting from them. Is it really worth all the aggravation? Verizon has actually better coverage. Now been T-Mobile does once T-Mobile has you. It's a customer as far as they're concerned, they're done.
