No heart company?
I and my wife are 79 years old and living off of social security. In addition, I am physically handicapped and my wife is a believer-in-people but not very smart or cautious. In December, she went to Walmart and talked to the T-Mobile department there and she was told that she could get a better phone without any cost and she bought into it. She had a Samsung Galaxy 15 phone, which she turned in and got a Motorola in the exchange. The Motorola is a piece of s*** phone (compared with the Samsung) and my wife had a lot of problems with it and decided to return it and get the Samsung back. She was told she could not get her phone back. I then gt involved and made a lot of phone calls during the next 2 weeks and in January, I found another special where she could get another Samsung Galaxy A15 at no cost and we took that deal. My wife went to a T-Mobile store (not at Walmart) and talked to a supervisor there to get her Samsung working well. She asked the Supervisor about the Motorola (and what to do about it) ad he said "give it or throw it away". Now 5 months later, I have moved to another company that has offered us a deal at 50% less per month and we moved. I was told that to move, I had to pay off what was still owed on the Samsung phone (due to the fact it was a 1-year deal) and I paid for that ($75). Nonetheless, I was also told that I would have to ultimately pay for the Motorola phone as well and that would be $140 more. I called customer service and ultimately talked to a supervisor that gave me all the "legal" mumbo jumbo, which meant that my wife was responsible for this and that there was nothing they could do. To begin with, my wife was "scammed" into getting a worse phone and she suffered greatly for 2 weeks. She was then told by a T-Mobile supervisor that she could do whatever she wanted with the Motorola as it was hers and free. The Motorola has not been used at all since January and doesn't eve have a line to it. I begged the supervisor to make an exception as the $140 means nothing to the company, but to us it means food for 2 weeks. The T-Mobile supervisor said "Your wife's fault, live with it" T-Mobile shows no heart at all. I am glad I left but I still have the problem of how to pay for something I have no use for, is costing us money we don't have, and was originally sold to my wife by lying to her.VikingMaster10 hours agoVisitor27Views0likes0CommentsWorthless Scam Company
For the past two years now i’ve had auto payments set up for my phone but without fail every month I get a text saying I’m past due on my bill and now owe an extra $20. They continue to steal from me regardless of how many people I talk to, or, how many times i turn auto pay back on. Am reaching out to you hopefully you can help - wrong information was gave to me with jump on demand plan - I went through the 18 month cycle - I was still charged a early termination fee - Tmobile expert stated that there will not be fluctuation on my bill - Supervisor told me just because the wrong info was gave to me doesnt mean we credit your account for our mistakes - she noted the account that there was a 100 dollar credit given (that was rebate promotion not her doing) - there not holding there team accountable - I was charged 3 different sales tax on one trade in - stuck with a 700 dollar bill after rebate and supervisor told me they gave me a 60 dollar credit for courtesy because I have been a loyal member - her team needs some soft skill development courses (My account need a credit of 328.00 due too the hassle and incorrect information given to me multiple times)Kennysel4 days agoNetwork Novice40Views0likes0CommentsWe need a transfer for code for new activation. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a prolonged and unresolved service issue that significantly impacted my ability to use my service for its intended purposes. Since October 2024, I had experienced intermittent issues with making and receiving calls. Over the course, I contacted both Apple and T-Mobile multiple times to sea a resolution even went so far as to upgrade my phone at my own expense, under the assumption that the deice itself might be the cause of the issue. Unfortunately, despite numerous conversations over phone, chat and in person visits to T-Mobile stores, not one was able to provide a solution. After conducting my own expensive research, I discovered that a "family Allowance feature had been active on my account, limiting me to only 60 minutes of call time per month. This restricting was never disclosed to me, and it appears to be the root cause of my connectivity issues. it is deeply concerning that after months of reaching out for support not a single T-Mobile representative was able to identify this. As a result of this oversight, I missed numerous important calls- including work-related communications, and personal calls involving family. This has cause significant inconveniences, stress and potential financial harm due to lost opportunities. Given the severity of this situation and the duration over which it persisted without resolution, I believe i am entitles to a substantial reimbursement for the disruption and costs incurred, including the unnecessary phone upgrade and loss of service functionality for several month.
