all calls failing

bill is paid all call say call failed -- unable to call t-mobile customer service

    Does your device have enough signal.to make a call?  Dialing 611 should always get you to Customer Care if there is enough signal to make a call.  Have you tried powering off your device.for at least 5 minutes to allow it to drop off of the network to refresh its connection?
