Apple Watch no longer getting texts?

About two days ago, my Apple Watch (series 5), stopped receiving texts from anyone. I have a second line on my account and even tried to use that phone to text and nothing. None of my settings have changed, but when I called t mobile for help, they tried to force me to add an additional line to my account. I decided to add the line and still nothing! Any help on this would be appreciated!
