If you switch to the Go5G Plus plan, you should be able to trade the 11 for a 14 and get “up to $830” credit over 24 months (essentially paying for the new phone).  The plan might cost more than your current plan, so it might not be worth it.  You should call in to see what they can offer you.

If you like your current phone and if it costs much less to replace the battery than to purchase a new phone, I would replace the battery but the ultimate decision is yours.
