ESim issue?

I recently changed my Sim from a Sprint Sim Card to a Tmobile Esim and ever since I can not access my Apple ID section of the Iphone XR and can not access the password section of my email accounts, therefore I can not change the passwords(Certainly not safe.) Has anyone else experienced this and/or have an idea how to resolve this issue?
