Iphone 13 not receiving Android texts or short code texts
HELP! have been to Tmobile store for multiple attempts at resetting network/checking all messaging setting on phone. This started randomly Tuesday morning with no resolution. Tech support has an advanced ticket placed for 48-72 hours, but I cant even get texts from my family members on my same plan! Frustrated… and ready to leave T-mobile and cut my losses. Magenta Max has been terrible too btw….
have you guys tried turning the sim off and then back one after like 10 minutes? Not cycling the device or anything like that. It should be in cellular plans with an on/off toggle.
Was your issue resolved? I’m having the same problem and I’ve done every step in every article I’ve googled but they haven’t worked.
Short codes were working and non-imessages were working until 845 tuesday morning, then it stopped. Nothing was touched on my phone or plan… per tmobile
was the short code issue working fine before or you just noticed you are unable to receive them?
