Why does the sos show up on my daughters phone and when it does she cannot send any text messages
That means your SIM card is not working. SOS means you can only make emergency calls. If this is sporadic, check to make sure SIM is fully inserted and if that’s not the problem, then you need a new SIM card or need to re-register if eSIM. Either way, you will need to stop by a TMO store or call support for new SIM or eSIM programming.
