Lost right Airpod inside of case and only have left one

Hello!, I lost my airpod case and right airpod at school and the find my app hasnt been showing me the correct places and now i'm an hour away from school now and the find my app shows the location from 5 hours ago and it hasnt been any help! Is there a way to replace my charging case and right airpod for free without paying or another way to find it because if its in the case it cant make a sound and it shows my airpods as disconnected and i cant recall where i lost them 🥲.. thank you
