mobile phone use in Spain
called hotel in spain using correct number with country code and two 00’s in front, the screen says name of hotel, but, phone says “can’t complete call as dialed” ... and also called hotel chain service dept. I can hear them but they can’t hear me

On a T-Mobile phone, all numbers should be dialed using the format +<CC><AC><NNNN>, where + is normally entered by holding down the 0 key, <CC> is the country code, <AC> is the area code and <NNNN> is the remaining digits of the phone number. A US number looks like +1.234.567.8901 A number in Spain looks like +34.123456789
Be aware that T-Mobile’s international rack rates are absurdly high. If you don’t have the Stateside-International option or a plan that includes international calling, you may want to find another way.
