ordering phones or devices

I’ve been with T-Mobile since 2016, I am never able to order any type of phone or device through my T-Mobile app or website. Oops! Something went wrong., is the message I keep getting, and T-Mobile is never able to fix the problem.

    You can upgrade at Best Buy, did my last 2 upgrades there using Tmobile EIP and the phones were actually cheaper than Tmobile.
