Replacing lost phone

my son lost his phone at an amusement park.    there is still hope it will be located.    only employees have access to area where it was lost and only recovery teams search for them.

we are still hopeful since its only been 4 days.

if in the end phone is not located or turned in, what is the deductible to replace a lost phone.

I’m sure I have insurance on the phone, but I understand it wont cover replacing phone 100%.

can you advise what options I have available to replace phone?
