Request to unblock device
Hello society, I need your help. I am not a customer, and I do not have a SIM card of this operator, but I got a phone that has a lock for this operator. It is without password and Apple lock (imei: 351415638689724), so I conclude that it was not stolen. I can't call the operator, how else can I ask them for help in unlocking? Perhaps via email?
You do not meet the requirements for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile. Return the device to the person you purchased it from because you can't get it SIM unlocked unless you jailbreak it.
