shaking benefits screen

When I click on to view my plan benefits when the screen loads, it starts shaking and doesn’t stop. How do I fix this?

    I have the same issue as well and i was at the store and two techs never seen it before!!  It needs fixed ASAP!!

    I also have this issue. This happens in the app, chrome, browser, and Safari browser.
