T-Mobile life app updating information?

Within the mobile life app how long does it take for our gateway setup to update within T-Mobile life app. I have T-Mobile access mesh all connected yet not showing up. I also got a new gateway, but app still shows another gateway (probably old one) that is not connected. Thank you
