why cant i track my online order

i had recently bought an iphone 13 thru the t mobile website on january 30, and i chose 2-3 days shipping. it has now been 4 business days and still nothing. everytime i contact customer service they say there is no order to be found. has this ever happened to anybody? and did you get your phone
