Raising Rate on a Fixed 55 Plus Plan
T-Mobile today is raising the rates on older account holders by $5.00. So in essence they are targeting older people that have been with T-Mobile. I have been with Telekom Mobile for 25 years. So, instead of rewarding customers for their patronage, they raise the FIXED rate. Apparently, their Legal Contractual Division forgot Binding Contracts 201 in their lesson plan. No problem by the time I am 90 in 25 more years I hope to not need a mobile phone. But, I will no longer promote to my clients and constituents the T-Mobile Name etc. on social media and business meetings around the Globe.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC. I'm sure nothing will come of it, but I am willing to switch from T-Mobile to someone else , like Consumer Cellular who also offers these plans.
Right! I just got a notice today raising mine all the while seeing ads for lower price! I’m soo tired of this! If this is how you treat seniors, I won’t recommend.
