Senior Citizen - Phone Upgrade?

At age 83 I feel the same way and figure that the margins made on seniors are smaller than others. BUT, is T-Mobile not a big enough corporation to meet with Apple after brand new models are released and work to start making deals with them exclusively for seniors. This might be to upgrade to the various close-out models of previous years. This might be done without our upgrading or changing our plans by trading in our old phones during a specfic time period. Other even older previous or reconditioned models might be included.
Negotiations between the corporations could favorably require T-Mobile service extension plans for 3 years only to be available to verified seniors during a specific promotion period.
A bone for the manufacturers could be a slight down payment on the immediate past model, with no down on even older clearance numbers.
The benefit for T-Mobile is customer loyalty and surety of continuing for the 3 years. It can be discussed how this might be carried in financing by BOTH participating corporation and exclusively only be available to seniors in specific promotional periods - such as expiration of their payment for the previous instruments purchased via T-Mobile.
In this messy legal financially changing tech world I may be over simplifying this -- but the preponderance of us on fixed incomes and public assistance are much more astute than cartoons and pundits like to project. Personally I have in the last two years I have had seven other people switch over to T-Mobile from my formerly recommended service where I was for many-many years.
