“call cannont be completed as dialed…” nonsense
I’m hoping someone can help because the “technical support” is USELESS with my issue.
okay so, I went to Alaska last month, while there I noticed I would get multiple “your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again, or try 611 for more assistance,” messages on multiple 907 numbers called…but there no rhyme or reason to it. It’s happened so far with two landlines and one non-T-Mobile cell phone. And I can call again two seconds later and it goes through. The point is, it shouldn’t be happening at all. But since technical support screws my phone up more than help, can anyone else help?

What format are the called numbers in? It’s always advisable to use the “plus format” (e.g. +1-212- 736-5000)

From what I've read is that T-Mobile doesn't have a native network there but relies on roaming agreements which may cause the errors depending on where your at.
Maybe @drnewcomb can help you more than I can.
