10% off when paying with bank account other than credit card, is it right?

Hi,

I thought I can get 10% off if autopay with bank account other than credit card. is it right?

if so, it didn’t apply yet . anyone know how to make it happen?

    The autopay discount is $5 per line per month up to 8 lines if you are using a debit card or bank account. Our Autopay Support page shows all of the eligibility requirements for that discount. If you have 4 lines, then your discount would be $20 off. I have not seen any additional discounts when you change over to the debit or bank account. How did you receive the notification about the additional 10% off?

    Thank you for your comment. I already setup ‘autopay w/paperless from the beginning last year and recently I got an message about additional 10% off  ‘ if paying with bank account other than credit card’, get another 10% off. So I changed to bank account instead of credit card, but it didn’t affect on my account.  it’s not true??
