611 not being answred when called no matter how long the hold
For two days with repeatedly calling 611, I have not been able to connect with a live rep.
TBH, TMobile has gone useless for 611. Even with a ‘scheduled callback’, it took + 1.5 hours to reach customer care in the Philippines
You can use the T-Mobile app to ‘chat’ and have them either schedule a call (they call you), or if escalated to advanced technical support, they will call you and transfer.
you can also try contacting them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
