Connectivity issues after BYOD from Verizon
I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile about 10 months ago. I brought my own device which is a Pixel 4a( unlocked). I could have 50% signal at 4G and it wont make a call. Just sits there on dialing than eventually drops. I have put in APN’s as T Mobile support suggested but hasn't changed the issue. Seems like it happens when I'm in a location (basement) with no signal than go outside and it picks up the 4G signal but usually takes 15-20 minutes to be able to make a call. Any help is appreciated. Didn't have this issue with Verizon but don't want to go back to them.

was it purchased from V or brought to them fully unlocked as well?
could be a sim issue..you should be able to hit up a TMO store to see if they have a different sim card to test with just in case...might double check the APNs again anyways just in case..
