Had to factory reset my phone. My e-sim says unknown.
I can’t get in contact with T-Mobile support due to my phones sim not active. I used to be able to go to live chat and fix problems like these. I can’t log into apps that require sms verification. I’ve tried adding a new e-sim and the newly added one says unknown also. I thought e-sim was supposed to be hassle free an convenient. This process has never been convenient. My phone is an unlocked Samsung galaxy 23 ultra and worked fine before the reset. Please help.

I tried those steps. I didn’t work. Didn’t show a deleted sim to choose. Thanks though.
