How to report (properly) poor/non-existent coverage?
Id recommend hitting tech support (note, they will want you to reboot/reset network settings, reinstall SIM (if you have one) before getting to "advanced" tech support.
You will have to give to give them an address (sometimes hard outdoors ), and worse attempt to call them from the location (unless you habe wifi, that won't work). Ensure they file a ticket. Capture the name/date/ticket. They "should" contact you in 3 days. 99% of the time,.you'll get a response of ticket closed and a message about the location being an area where improvement in coverage is needed. This will also come with the typical message of 'TMobile doesn't guarantee coverage anywhere', which. Is a method of avoiding the subject. in many areas, TMobile staff (at their stores) have even mentioned that some coverage (esp rural roaming) may be replaced with Starlink... which will.cost more, and may not work when/where you need it.
To get a proper response , a BBB complaint may be needed.
