iphone 7 /Sprint & T mobile merge weak to no signal
I had an iPhone 6s until it died it had weak internet always in my home location but the phone worked fine ,I got a replacement used iPhone 7,now it can’t support a phone signal hardly and still weak to no internet,NO HELP from TM they go through the stages and reconnect your phone to the tower etc etc etc.The tower is only a mile or two away why is this a problem the phone works away from my home mostly
we had an emergency and had to call an ambulance I had no phone reception and ran to a neighbor and use his phone
I really don’t have a land line wtf is the problem in my area 33458 anybody??

Good question. There are at least 6 versions of the iPhone 7, not counting the 7+. They will have a tiny number on the back that looks like “A1660” or “A1778”
One thought is that the iPhone 6s and 7 does not have band 71, which is T-Mobile’s main rural coverage band. They both have band 26, which Sprint used but T-Mobile does not.
What carrier version of the iPhone 7.
When you had to call the ambulance, did you call 911? What was the result?
