Issues with sending and receiving messages.

Hello, my wife and I have been experiencing some issues with receiving and sending messages.

It started with my wife at first, when she would text certain people, the phone would let her know blocking was activated.

With me, I have noticed with my apps and site which I have enabled 2 step verification, I will not receive the confirmation text. So I am now unable to access those sites and apps. 

I also noticed that I am not receiving texts from only some specific people.

I have checked my account myself, and had a tmobile rep check it as well and I have nothing blocked on either my line or my wife’s line. 

Next step is to call the help desk and have them see what they can do.

Has this happened to anyone? What did you end up doing?
