LGK51

Received new replacement phone yesterday.  Inserted the SIM card from the other LGK30 and followed the prompts to connect wifi, it read “downloading and installing updates” the process started at 8pm last night nothing has happened!  Same message this morning at 6am!  Do I need to use the new SIM card? I’ll rather use the already activated one.  Any thoughts.  Impossible to reach some help at TMobile

  • if your previous phone was not 5G capable then you’ll need to upgrade to the new sim card.
