No coverage to where I moved

Similar issue - will be moving into a rural town where tmobile does not have coverage, but their competitors do - will they allow to leave them due to them not having coverage in the town we are moving to? Spoke with a few neighbors too - they tried their cell booster and it only works in certain rooms - the neighbors are fighting with tmobile about this issue now.
